Your booking includes a 1-hour headshot session at my East London studio, plus 3 professionally retouched images of your choice.
During the session, we’ll go through around 3 to 4 outfit changes and background setups, depending on what works best for you.
You can choose to pay in full at the time of booking, or pay a £50 deposit to secure your session.
I will send you a payment link to confirm your booking (Credit/Debit/Apple Pay/Revolut Pay).
The remaining balance is due via bank transfer no later than 24 hours before your session.
Or you can also choose to pay in instalments with Klarna.
Full payment instructions will be sent once your booking is confirmed.
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, your deposit is fully refundable.
If you cancel within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
Please understand that each session time is limited and your booking prevents others from scheduling, late cancellations may result in lost opportunities to fill that slot.
You may reschedule your session if you give more than 24 hours’ notice, and if availability allows.
If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, the full payment is still due as originally agreed.
Please note: if you cancel your original session and attempt to reschedule for a later date, this does not entitle you to a refund of the deposit.
Refunds are only possible for cancellations made more than 7 days before your original scheduled session.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
You’ll receive a private online gallery within 72 hours of your shoot.
You’re welcome to take your time choosing your favourites.
Once you send me your selections, your final edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks.
If you need them urgently, I offer an express service (delivered within 48 hours) for an additional £15 per image.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a full Preparation Guide with all the details, including outfit tips, hair and makeup suggestions, and how to get the most out of your shoot.
Please attend your session alone, unless you're under 18 or need support for accessibility reasons.
If either applies, just let me know in advance and I’ll be happy to accommodate.
By booking a session with Lenaverodiaz Studio, you agree to the following terms:
Bookings & Payments
• A £50 deposit is required to secure your session.
• You can choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking or settle the remaining
balance via bank transfer no later than 24 hours before your shoot.
• Payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before your session are eligible for a full refund of your
deposit.
• Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
• If you wish to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Availability is not guaranteed
but will be accommodated when possible.
• No-shows and late cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged the full session fee.
Note: Rescheduling to a later date does not entitle you to a refund of your original deposit unless
the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to your initially scheduled session.
Image Use & Credit
You are welcome to use your images for personal, professional, and promotional purposes - including platforms like Spotlight, Linked-In, casting directories, and social media.
Photographer credit is required in all cases of publication or commercial use.
Please credit Milena Veronica Kavka as the photographer.
On social media, it’s absolutely fine to tag @lenaverodiaz.studio. You're more than welcome to include my full name if you’d like.
Credit isn’t just a courtesy, it’s a professional standard, and I appreciate your support in honouring that.
Lenaverodiaz Studio retains the right to use any images for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Session Conduct
Please arrive on time and come to your session alone unless you’re under 18 or require support. Let
